Blend on Main’s unique fare focuses on taking familiar American cuisine to the next level by pairing core dishes with fresh, local ingredients and creating delectable creations such as Duck Sous Vide. And of course, there are always the signature favorites, including Ahi Tuna Taco, Lobster Mac n’ Cheese, and our C.A.B. Filet Mignon.
