WHAT will you do to promote your sponsors?

Direct Posts (photo) can be purchased for a Standard Promotion with 3 additional story posts. The posts will be organic and follow my posting trend to not make it appear fake and misleading.

Not included: Travel expenses. If long-distance travel is required for promotion.

WHO are your followers?

I have over 141,000 followers. Age Range: 18 to 44. Gender: 85% men 15 % women. My followers range from people who are involved in the nutrition and fitness industry which overlaps into different lifestyles.

WHY should sponsors choose you?
I am a hybrid athlete so my engagement tiers over multiple sports including and not limited to CrossFit, Strongman, SuperLeague, Bodybuilding, Wrestling, and Soccer. I maintain a lean physique all year around, so there is no "off-season" for me. What you see is what you get. I am also a published fitness model and really enjoy that aspect of my career. The professional shoots have given me more exposure and more opportunity. I have videos on Instagram that have hit 500,000 views, Photos always get anywhere from 5,000 to 11,000 likes. Story posts promote more engagement that my followers love to see. I am highly responsive on all platforms.

HOW will you promote your sponsors?
I have had the ability to provide sponsors with some great content over the years and continue to do so. I have done clothing hauls on YouTube, Product Reviews and Unboxings, standard product shots and videos. Direct and Indirect promotions both come out genuine when you work with me. I also do not like o push products I don't believe in which I believe my followers appreciate.

WHEN will you promote your sponsors?
I have a timetable I usually use on postings. 9-10 am EST is a good time to start the day and I like to sprinkle reminders throughout the day. I don't like to push it and forget it which is why you get 3 story posts along with the direct post.
  1. Book in advance
    Make sure you give the promoter enough time to plan and execute the promotion, especially if you want to send promotional materials (t-shirt to wear, products to promote, banner to show, etc.)

  2. Trust your promoter
    There's a reason that your promoter has been able to gain a strong following. Let them know your goals and your suggestions for each sponsored promotion but you need to trust that the promoter will be looking out for your best interest. They want you to come back!

  3. Repeat promotions are more effective
    We recommend that you sponsor more than one date because you don't really see any results with just one post. Their followers need to see your brand repeatedly for you to really gain the most benefits. But make sure they're at least one week apart!

  4. Include benefits for the followers
    Your promotions would make more impact if you can provide the promoter with some kind of gift (not just a discount) for their followers. You can provide free giveaways, complementary gits for a number of followers, etc. Your promoter will love you for it!

  5. Give your promoter some love
    Make sure that you also give your promoter some exposure on your social media to give your promotions more exposure. Your promoter will definitely appreciate it too.
