Is there a way to search for specific influencers?
Yes, you can! You can search for specific keywords. We are working on our platform so we will be releasing a lot of new features that will allow you to search by price, date, keywords, location, # of followers, engagement rate, and more!
What if the day I want is already purchased by an influencer? Can they do 2 on the same day?
No, once a day is purchased, it is closed to other sponsors.
How long does it usually take to get an approval from a promoter?
The promoters have to respond within 24 hours. If they don't respond, you will immediately get a full refund for your promotion.
Can I purchase multiple days from different or the same influencer at the same time?
Yes! You can add as many days as you would like to your cart, either from the same influencer or multiple ones! But we suggest that you spread your days out because the influencer will most likely deny multiple consecutive days.
What if I have a problem with the services the influencer provided?
The promotion can be disputed within 1 week of the date of the promotion. (If the promotion was on December 1, you have until December 8 to dispute it.)
How are disputes handled?
Disputes are handled directly through our customer service department. We review the offer, the messages between the influencer and sponsor, review the work performed by the influencer and make a decision based on all of the facts. The decision is strictly up to our customer service department.
Will I be able to communicate with the promoter?
Yes! Promoters will reach out to you through the email that you check out with after you buy their promotions.
Can I approve the content before the promoter posts the content?
No. You can provide your goals to let the promoter know what you want to accomplish and your suggestions to let the promoter know some ideas that you might want. The promoters are NOT REQUIRED to follow your suggestions. This is why we have a ratings and review feature in place to maintain accountability that the promoter does a good job.
What if the promoters don't do what I wanted?
The promoters are not required to follow your requirements. You must trust the influencer to do the right thing. You can rate and leave a review about their promotion but DO NOT rate based on what YOU wanted.
How can I ship a product to a promoter?
This is between you and the promoter and you can discuss this in your email conversations.
How do I know if they have real followers?

What if I need to cancel a sponsored day?
Purchased days may only be canceled 2 weeks prior to fulfillment date. This gives our influencer time to re-sell the promotion. (Example: You purchased December 21, you must cancel before December 7. After that date, the day cannot be canceled for any reason.)
PROMOTERSHow do I know how much to price my days/posts at?
We suggest that you begin your pricing at 25% based on your estimated earnings per post calculator by entering your Instagram username or your twitter name and add $1 to $5 per day, depending on the amount at the end of the year. For example, if your estimated earnings per post is $200, then $200 x .25 = $50. So, we will start your calendar at $50.
How do I know if a sponsor buys my promotion?
You will automatically get an email notification as soon as someone buys your promotion.
What if I don’t respond within 24 hours?
You will lose that sponsorship. We will immediately refund the sponsor and your promotion for the day will become available again.
Do I need to communicate with the sponsor?
We definitely recommend that you communicate with your sponsor. They are your customer so treat them with courtesy and respect. You must reach out to them via email to confirm that you accept their promotion.
What if I do not want to accept the sponsor?
You just simply need to let us know within 24 hours after they buy your promotion. There is no need for an explanation.
What if I am on vacation or not available on a certain date? Can they be blacked out?
Yes, any date can be modified and blacked out if you are not available. Just send us an email about any changes to your calendars.
Can I change the date of a specific date and request more money? Ie., Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day, etc.
Yes, any date can be modified specifically for a certain price if you wish. We think certain holidays and situations should warrant higher prices.
How do I get paid?
When do I get paid?
You will be paid once a month on the 15th of each month. This way if there are any disputes, we have 2 weeks to handle them.
What if a sponsor disputes my promotion after their set day, even though I did the promotion?
We need to get all of the information about your promotion and we will decide how to settle the dispute. Be sure to always communicate in your email to prove your conversations with your sponsors.
How long after a sponsored day does a sponsor have to dispute my promotion?
A sponsor has 1 week to dispute a promotion.
What if a sponsor wants to ship me a product for their promotion?
For safety reasons, we suggest you use a PO Box for these items. Having your home or business address given to the general public is not a good idea, on any level. We want to ensure all of our influencers are safe!
What if I get a bad review from a sponsor that isn’t accurate? Can I dispute it and/or have it removed?
Depending on the outcome of the dispute, we will delete the bad review.
What if the sponsor does not pay?
The sponsor pays as soon as you accept. Their monies sit in an escrow account until we release them to you.
What is our commission for the promotions?
Your commission for all promotions is based on your monthly transactions. They are 60%, 70%, 80% and 90% for monthly transactions that are <$5K, $10K+, $15K+, and $20K+, respectively. So, your commission actually INCREASES as you make MORE money.
What if I forget to do my promotion on the date scheduled?
The sponsor can then dispute the payment and give you a bad rating.
What if I can’t do a promotion due to an emergency?
We would hope no emergencies arise, but if one did present itself, we would suggest you reach out to us and advise us of the situation so we can contact the sponsor on your behalf. Most of your promotions are known in advance so be sure to always prepare to get them done unless they are requesting a "live" promotion.
