Yes! You can add as many days as you would like to your cart, either from the same influencer or multiple ones! But we suggest that you spread your days out because the influencer will most likely deny multiple consecutive days.
No. You can provide your goals to let the promoter know what you want to accomplish and your suggestions to let the promoter know some ideas that you might want. The promoters are NOT REQUIRED to follow your suggestions. This is why we have a ratings and review feature in place to maintain accountability that the promoter does a good job.
The promoters are not required to follow your requirements. You must trust the influencer to do the right thing. You can rate and leave a review about their promotion but DO NOT rate based on what YOU wanted.
Purchased days may only be canceled 2 weeks prior to fulfillment date. This gives our influencer time to re-sell the promotion. (Example: You purchased December 21, you must cancel before December 7. After that date, the day cannot be canceled for any reason.
Disputes are handled directly through our customer service department. We review the offer, the messages between the influencer and sponsor, review the work performed by the influencer and make a decision based on all of the facts. The decision is strictly up to our customer service department.
We suggest that you begin your pricing at 25% based on your estimated earnings per post calculator by entering your Instagram username or your twitter name and add $1 to $5 per day, depending on the amount at the end of the year. For example, if your estimated earnings per post is $200, then $200 x .25 = $50. So, we will start your calendar at $50.
We definitely recommend that you communicate with your sponsor. They are your customer so treat them with courtesy and respect. You must reach out to them via email to confirm that you accept their promotion.
For safety reasons, we suggest you use a PO Box for these items. Having your home or business address given to the general public is not a good idea, on any level. We want to ensure all of our influencers are safe!
Your commission for all promotions is based on your monthly transactions. They are 60%, 70%, 80% and 90% for monthly transactions that are <$5K, $10K+, $15K+, and $20K+, respectively. So, your commission actually INCREASES as you make MORE money.
We would hope no emergencies arise, but if one did present itself, we would suggest you reach out to us and advise us of the situation so we can contact the sponsor on your behalf. Most of your promotions are known in advance so be sure to always prepare to get them done unless they are requesting a "live" promotion.
